Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 14, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Solifacet is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We believe that marketplace information, listings, and legal content should be accessible to everyone.
2. Target Standard
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We do not claim full conformance until independent testing has been completed. We are actively working toward this standard and improving accessibility with each update.
3. Accessibility Work
We maintain the following practices across our site:
- Structure pages with semantic HTML, logical heading hierarchies, and landmark elements.
- Maintain a visible skip-to-content link for keyboard navigation.
- Ensure full keyboard accessibility for navigation, buttons, links, and interactive elements.
- Provide clear, visible focus indicators on all interactive elements.
- Include descriptive alt text for meaningful images and empty alt text for decorative graphics.
- Maintain sufficient color contrast across text and background pairings.
- Respect
prefers-reduced-motionpreferences to suppress non-essential animations. - Support text zoom and fluid browser resizing without loss of functionality.
- Size interactive touch targets appropriately for mobile devices.
- Ensure navigation and content remain fully usable at 320 CSS pixels of viewport width.
4. Known Limitations & Third-Party Services
We are aware that some areas of the site may have accessibility gaps. As we test and improve, we will document known exceptions here.
Third-party services: Third-party services linked from or connected to our user journeys — including our external catalog hosted on Softr (solifacet.softr.app) and external payment processing — have their own accessibility characteristics and policies. While we select partners with care, we do not control their underlying interface implementations. If you encounter an accessibility barrier on any linked third-party service, please report it to us so we can assist and communicate the barrier to the provider.
5. Reporting Barriers
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on solifacet.com, or need content in an alternative format, please contact us:
